Welcome to Fallowmere Academy for Inclusive Learning.
I am delighted to welcome you to a school where every child belongs, every colleague counts and every challenge represents an exciting opportunity for professional growth.
At Fallowmere, inclusion is not an initiative. It is the foundation of our ethos. We believe pupils should be known as individuals, supported to overcome barriers and challenged to achieve more than they thought possible. We do not believe in lowering expectations. We believe in providing the support that makes high expectations achievable.
This commitment is reflected in our BEAR values: Belonging, Equity, Ambition and Responsibility. You will find them woven through our policies, assemblies, classroom practice and, on particularly productive days, our timetable.
Our exceptional staff work tirelessly to ensure these values are more than words on a wall. They respond creatively to changing circumstances, new statutory requirements and the occasional disappearance of previously anticipated funding.
I am frequently asked how we manage to do so much within existing resources. The answer is simple: teamwork, resilience and an unwavering belief that solutions can always be found.
Miss Management has asked me to clarify that this is a statement of aspiration rather than a costed delivery model.
We are proud of our broad and ambitious curriculum, our inclusive culture and the relationships we build with families. We welcome scrutiny and remain committed to continuous improvement. Indeed, each new framework presents another exciting opportunity to demonstrate the impact of work colleagues were previously too busy doing to document.
As you explore The FAIL Files, you will meet the people making our vision possible, and occasionally suggesting that it might benefit from a little additional funding.
Thank you for joining us on this journey.
Excellentia Omnibus, Si Opes Suppetunt.
Excellence for All. Resources Permitting.

Fallowmere Academy and Miss Leading are fictional. The educational challenges that inspire The FAIL Files are not.
